+ WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING POLICIES?
Please allow 2-5 business days for processing time and for your order to ship out. **Due to COVID-19, shipping dates may be extended**
 Please use your tracking number for details. We currently do not ship internationally but hope to in the near future. 

+ RETURN POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. if you are unhappy for any reason, we'll gladly accept the exchange of any unworn items within 7 business days. Items should be in the original condition, unworn, with tags attached. Customers will be responsible for shipping charges to return the item.
**PLEASE NOTE, ANY SALE MERCHANDISE IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE INCLUDING ANYTHING PURCHASED WITH A DISCOUNT CODE**
**ALL ACCESSORIES ARE FINAL SALE FOR HYGIENE PURPOSES**

This includes: All jewelry + accessories, hats, masks, intimates (including bodysuits), items that are marked down/on sale as well as anything purchased with a discount code.

+ FAULTY/DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If you have received a product with a defect or that has been damaged during shipment, we will happily replace it or refund the price as long as the item is returned within 10 business days. Please email MADGLAMCLOSET@GMAIL.COM to receive approval and instructions on how to send back.

+ LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
When you place an order with us, please note that the liability is between you and the shipping carrier. We do not make any exceptions to this policy. We are always happy to replace items that aren't marked as delivered but once the package has been scanned as 'delivered', we are no longer responsible for lost/stolen items.
